TORONTO, June 7, 2013 /CNW/ - Genworth MI Canada Inc.  (TSX: MIC) ("Genworth Canada" or the "Company") announced that, at its annual general meeting held earlier on June 6, 2013, the resolutions proposed in the Company's proxy circular were carried. The detailed results are as follows.
