George T. (Geo) Wilson Joins Integral Capital Markets to Head Energy Investment Banking Group

CALGARY, Oct. 24, 2013 /CNW/ - Integral Capital Markets, a division of Integral Wealth Securities Limited (Integral) is pleased to announce today that George T. (Geo) Wilson has joined the firm to head its Energy Investment Banking group.

Mr. Wilson has over 35 years of oil and gas experience encompassing finance, administration, land, geo-technical, field and joint venture operations, acquisitions, divestitures, mergers, investor relations and capital markets.

Mr. Wilson was Vice Chairman and prior thereto, Managing Director, at Canaccord Genuity where he spent over seven years in energy investment banking.  He was directly involved in over $3 billion in energy-related equity financings as well as advisory mandates including strategic alternatives processes, mergers and acquisitions, fairness opinions and recapitalization transactions.

Prior to investment banking, Mr. Wilson was Principal, Business Development at Avenir Consulting Corporation, a division of Avenir Capital. Prior to Avenir he worked in the upstream oil and gas industry starting his career at Esso Resources, Husky Oil, Ulster Petroleums and was founder and President & CEO of CrownJoule Exploration .
