Get Ready to Embrace Nature with the Krol Family on Season 2 of Living Wild TV!

TORONTO, June 2, 2014 /CNW/ - Get ready to relive life in the wilderness with the second season of Living Wild TV, the new lifestyle/reality show that takes one family out of their element and teaches them how to live off the land!

Living Wild TV has been an incredible success, with viewers tuning into Travel + Escape and Cottage Life TV to see the adventures of the Krol family. The first season saw the Krol's pack up their bags and head north in the middle of winter, as patriarch Marek Krol sought to teach his sons how to survive by hunting for their own food. Setting up at an isolated cottage with little more than a wood stove for cooking implements, the Krol family worked to understand nature, prepare meals from scratch and learn more about nature.

Season two will continue the family's exploration of nature – this time on a national scale! Living Wild TV will be setting out across the country to highlight the vast and rugged beauty of the Canadian Wild and many of its unique and delicious food sources. From ice fishing to dog sledding, from mushroom foraging to wild game hunts, Season 2 will grow to reach exciting new heights!

Living Wild TV has been a smash success on Travel + Escape, with nearly 40,000 viewers each week for the self-financed show. Season 2 will be even bigger, and this time, you can help take part!

The family's experience with filming and editing the first season for Cottage Life TV and Travel + Escape has taught them much about how to build the show up to new and greater heights! Season 1 of Living Wild TV airs every Saturday at 9:30 a.m. on Travel + Escape (Rogers Channel 267 & 537/Bell Channel 527) and every Sunday at 9:30 a.m. on Cottage Life TV (Rogers Channel 277 & 537/Bell Channel 641 & 1641).
