Global Dividend Fund Declares Final Distribution

TORONTO, March 31, 2017 /CNW/ - (TSX: GDP.UN) – Global Dividend Fund (the "Fund") announced today a final special distribution of $0.405 per unit, representing the final net asset value per unit of the Fund,  payable on or about April 28, 2017 to unitholders of record on March 30, 2017 (the "Final Distribution"). The Final Distribution was declared concurrent with the redemption of all units in the Fund, other than those held by an affiliate of Tralucent Asset Management Inc., effective today.

The Final Distribution is in addition to the Special Distribution of $4.10 per unit that has already been paid as announced in the October 7, 2016 news release.
