CALGARY, Sept. 29 /CNW/ - Global Energy Services Ltd. ("Global Energy") (GLK - TSX Venture), announces the Board of Directors have approved a stock option grant.

The stock option grants are made to purchase up to an aggregate of 1,025,000 common shares of the corporation and were made to staff members and Directors of the Corporation at an issue price of $0.12 per share. The grant is to provide compensatory incentive for the services provided to the corporation. This granting of options is dated September 27, 2010 and is related to the options awards made on September 21, 2010.
