The Undertaking allows the Portfolio Managers engaged by GGAI to now invest income earned by its registered education savings plan products, namely the Legacy Education Savings Plan (LESP) and the Advanced Education Savings Plan (AESP), in Exchange Traded Funds (ETFs) and Exchange-traded equity securities (Equity Securities) listed on a stock exchange in Canada.
ETFs are used to provide diversification, flexibility, and liquidity by replicating the performance of specified widely quoted market indices of Canadian or U.S. equity securities. A copy of the full Undertaking has been posted on SEDAR.
