TORONTO, Sept. 25, 2012 /CNW/ - Canada made its choice loud and clear Monday night with 1.9 million viewers tuning in to the season three premiere of Hawaii Five-0 and 1.8 million fans catching the second episode of the ever popular Bones (2+ Nat).
Head to head against the competition, Hawaii Five-0 won its timeslot nationally with 710,000 viewers (A18-49) and in the key Toronto market, it handily beat CTV's Castle season premiere by 45% and Citytv's Revolution by 38%.
Equally impressive, Bones won its timeslot nationally for the second consecutive week with 727,000 viewers (A18-49). Bones beat CTV's 8-9pm hour of Dancing With The Stars by 21% and Citytv's 8-9pm comedy block by 20%.
Viewers who missed last night's episodes of Bones and Hawaii Five-0 can catch up on GlobalTV.com, on their Global Video App, available from the App Store on iPhone, iPod touch and iPad, or on demand through cable and satellite providers across the country.
