TORONTO, Sept. 24, 2013 /CNW/ - The viewers have spoken and Global's fall schedule is the one they're watching. In one of the season's most-talked-about showdowns, The Blacklist brought the competition to its knees. With nearly 2 million viewers (2+, National), The Blacklist trumped CTV's Hostages by 60% (2+, National). In addition, 1.7 million (2+, National) viewers tuned into Bones and 1.4 million (+2, National) into Sleepy Hollow (2+, National), making Global the most-watched network of the night, beating out its closest competition CTV by 8% (2+, National).
James Spader stars as the wickedly watchable criminal mastermind Raymond Reddington in the series crowned by The Television Critics Association (TCA) as "the most promising new drama" and hailed as an "unpredictable, high-octane ride" (Tony Wong, Toronto Star). Next week Isabella Rossellini guest stars as "The Freelancer's" latest target. Reddington and Liz must work together to prevent her assassination. Monday - 10pm ET/PT.
Sleepy Hollow continues to grow in the highly coveted A18-49 demo with a 7% increase in viewership from last week's series premiere. The Sandman enters the town of Sleepy Hollow next week, infiltrating Abbie's dreams. Will Ichabod be able to save her in time? Monday - 9pm ET/PT.
