PHOENIX, May 20, 2015 /CNW/ - GWR Global Water Resources Corp. (the "Company") (TSX: GWR) (OTCQX: GWGWF) today announced that the nominees listed in the Management Proxy Circular, dated April 13, 2015, for the 2015 Annual Meeting of Shareholders (the "Meeting") were elected as Directors of the Company. At the Meeting, held on May 19, 2015, in Toronto, all resolutions put to vote were passed. The results of the vote for the election of Directors at the Meeting are as follows:
