(GMP) (TSX:GMP) today announced that the nominees listed in the Management Information Circular dated March 21, 2016, were elected as directors of GMP.  The detailed results of the vote for the election of directors held at GMP's Annual Meeting of Common Shareholders (the Meeting) on Thursday, April 28, 2016, in Toronto, Ontario, are set out below.
