TORONTO, Sept. 2, 2010 /CNW/ - GO Transit is adding extra train service for the Canadian International Air Show over the Labour Day weekend. Beginning on Saturday, September 4 to Monday, September 6, GO will offer extra service on its Lakeshore lines.
From Aldershot GO Station, extra morning eastbound trips will depart at 10:34 and 11:34 a.m. and make all stops to Union. Extra evening trips will also depart eastbound from Exhibition GO Station at 5:33 and 6:33 p.m., making all stops to Oshawa.
Extra morning westbound trips will depart Oshawa GO Station at 10:11 and 11:11 a.m. and make all stops to Exhibition GO Station. Extra evening trips will also depart Union Station at 5:13 and 6:13 p.m., stop at the EX, making all stops to Aldershot.
The CNE is in full swing and GO can help get you there. Buy your CNE tickets at any Lakeshore GO Station or at Union Station and let GO take you right to the CNE gates.
On Monday, September 6, GO Transit will operate on a holiday schedule, but with the additional service for the Air Show.
