Gold World Resources Initiates Application for a Yukon Mining Land Use Permit
TORONTO, Feb. 7, 2012 /CNW/ - Gold World Resources Inc. (TSXV: GDW) or ("the "Company") is pleased to announce that it has engaged Aurora Geosciences ("Aurora") of Whitehorse, Yukon to act as agent for the Company in preparing and submitting permit applications to obtain a Yukon Mining Land Use Class III Permit. Aurora will prepare the permit applications for a 5 year Class III mining land use permit using the Company's NI43-101 Technical Report as a guideline in designing the program with adjustments as necessary to accommodate regulatory or stakeholder concerns.
Further to a press release issued on January 31st, 2012, the Company has engaged Kingsdale Capital Markets Inc. to complete a private placement financing on a reasonable best efforts basis to raise up to $700,000. Proceeds from the financing will be used to finance the 2012 Exploration Budget for Phase 1A of the Mount Anderson Yukon gold/silver, polymetallic Project.
