Goldstake Explorations Inc. - Update

TORONTO, June 15, 2012 /CNW/ - Goldstake Explorations Inc . has sold its 50% interest in EL23186 in the Northern Territory  Australia, for $750,000 AUD in cash and 2.2 million shares in Kidman Resources Limited, listed on the Australian Stock Exchange [ ASX : KDR].

EL23186 contains the Home of Bullion, and Prospect D projects.

Kidman Resources has announced that it will start a drilling program in July 2012.
