Children's Wish Annual Golf Tournament to raise funds to grant more than 23 Wishes for children with a life-threatening illness
MARKHAM, ON, June 4, 2015 /CNW/ - The Children's Wish Foundation of Canada, Ontario Chapter, is proud to host the 9th Annual Air Transat Golf for Wishes on Thursday, June 11, 2015 at the prestigious Angus Glen Golf Club, Markham, ON. The golf event will reunite former Toronto Maple Leafs captain Wendel Clark and Garrett Gamble, wish recipient of a one day contract with the Toronto Maple Leafs. Foursomes will tee up in this fundraising event to grant more heartfelt wishes to Wish Children facing a life threatening illness. Join host Carolyn MacKenzie, Global News, as she welcomes Wendel, Garrett, golf enthusiasts and many Wish Children for a day on the fairways and making wishes come true.
