TORONTO, April 15, 2014 /CNW/ - On Thursday April 24, GoodLife Fitness, Canada's largest fitness company and YogaFit, the world-wide leader in Yoga education, will celebrate the expansion of their national partnership with a special master-class, at 137 Yonge Street GoodLife Fitness, led by YogaFit creator Beth Shaw.
Keeping with YogaFit's "everybody and every body" mantra, Police Officers, Firefighters, a Former US Marine, and a former Professional hockey player turned business executive will participate in the class illustrating that the benefits of yoga extend well beyond the traditionally perceived 'yogi'.
