MONTRÉAL, June 25, 2020 /CNW Telbec/ - Loto-Québec welcomes today's announcement by the government, allowing for the gradual resumption of all of its business activities. As such, its casinos in Montréal, Lac-Leamy, Charlevoix and Mont-Tremblant, its gaming halls in Quebec City and Trois-Rivières, as well as the Hilton Lac-Leamy Hotel will soon be able to resume operations. Video lottery terminals (VLTs) will also be reactivated in bars.
The government corporation will soon communicate the timeline and conditions for the resumption of its operations, which will be based on the public health authorities' recommendations. Its top priority is to ensure that these activities are rolled out so that employees and customers stay safe, but still have fun.
The casinos, gaming halls and VLTs have been shut down since March due to the pandemic.
