Grammy-Nominated The Fray to perform at Fallsview Casino in November

NIAGARA FALLS, ON, Aug. 10, 2015 /CNW/ - Denver-based The Fray takes the stage at Fallsview Casino for two nights as part of November's lineup. Fans will have the chance to hear the four-time Grammy-nominated rock band perform hits from their past studio releases, including "You Found Me" and "How to Save a Life", along with material from their fourth studio album Helios.

The Fray is Isaac Slade (pianist/vocalist), Joe King (guitarist/vocalist), Dave Welsh (guitarist) and Ben Wysocki (drummer). The group formed in 2002 after high school friends Slade and King bumped into each other at a local guitar shop. The band achieved success with their first hit single, "Over My Head (Cable Car)" and quickly launched into worldwide fame with the release of their 2005 title track "How to Save a Life", netting the group their first two Grammy nominations respectively. The Fray's self-titled second album, featuring the Grammy-nominated hit song "Never Say Never", debuted at number one on the Billboard charts and earned the band its first Grammy nomination for Best Pop Vocal Album in 2010.

Also returning to the Avalon stage is Grammy-winner and Country Music Hall of Fame member Kenny Rogers, who treats fans to an early Christmas gift with his arrival in Niagara Falls as part of his 34^th Christmas & Hits tour. For four nights, Rogers will perform holiday classics along with his biggest hits such as "White Christmas" and "The Gambler".
