Grandfield Announces Management Changes

VANCOUVER, Aug. 16, 2016 /CNW/ - Grandfield Pacific Inc. (the "Company") announces the resignations effective today of Sam Mark as a director and President and Chief Executive Officer, Leigh-Ann Kask as Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Secretary, and Thomas Yerk-Yue Li, Eugene Hodgson and Dennis Rivard as directors of the Company and the appointments effective today of Brett Walker, as a director and President and Chief Executive Officer, Mark Lotz as a director and Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Secretary, and Trevor Folk as a director.

The Company also announces today that Brett Walker has acquired 3,583,514 common shares in the capital of the Company, representing 46.7% of the currently issued and outstanding voting securities of the Company and making Mr. Walker a control person of the Company within the meaning of applicable securities laws.  Prior to the acquisition, Mr. Walker did not own or control any securities of the Company.
