Grandfield Pacific Inc. Announces Name Change and Continuation into British Columbia

VANCOUVER, Oct. 27, 2016 /CNW/ - Grandfield Pacific Inc. (the "Company") announces it has changed its name from "Grandfield Pacific Inc." to "Radiant Health Care Inc.", effective October 26, 2016.  The Company also announces that effective October 21, 2016, it has continued into British Columbia under the British Columbia Business Corporations Act (the "BCBCA") from Canada under the Canada Business Corporations Act.  In connection with the Continuation the Company has adopted new Notice of Articles and Articles under the BCBCA.  The continuation, Notice of Articles and Articles were approved by shareholders of the Company at the annual general and special meeting of shareholders held on October 4, 2016.
