VANCOUVER and NEW YORK, Aug. 11, 2014 /CNW/ - Graphene 3D Lab Inc. (TSXV: GGG). (formerly MatNic Resources Inc.) ("Graphene 3D Lab" or the "Company"), a Tier 2 issuer listed on the TSX Venture Exchange (the "Exchange"), today announced that it has completed a reverse takeover with Matnic Resources (formally TSX-V: MIK) as previously announced in a news release dated April 8th.
