COQUITLAM, BC, May 10, 2017 /CNW/ - Great Canadian Gaming Corporation [TSX:GC] ("Great Canadian" or the "Company") announces that at its annual general and special meeting of shareholders held on May 9, 2017 (the "Meeting"), all directors nominated as listed in the information circular dated March 20, 2017 were elected. As a ballot was not required for the election of the directors, the number of votes disclosed reflects only the proxies received by management of the Company in advance of the Meeting.
At the Meeting, the Shareholders of the Company also:

Approved to fix the number of directors at seven; |

Approved a non-binding advisory vote on executive compensation; and |

By special resolution, approved amendments to the Company's Articles to: |

a) |
amend the minimum quorum requirement for meetings of the Shareholders of the Company; |

b) |
amend the minimum quorum for meetings of Directors of the Company; and |
||
c) |
amend the Chairman's casting vote to remove same. |
