Great Canadian Gaming Announces Election of Directors

COQUITLAM, BC, May 10, 2018 /CNW/ - Great Canadian Gaming Corporation [TSX:GC] ("Great Canadian" or the "Company") announces that at its annual general and special meeting of shareholders held on May 10, 2018 (the "Meeting"), all directors nominated as listed in the information circular dated March 19, 2018 were elected.  The detailed results are as follows:

As a ballot was not required for the election of the directors, the number of votes disclosed reflects only the proxies received by management of the Company in advance of the Meeting. 

At the Meeting, the Shareholders of the Company also:

• Approved to fix the number of directors at seven;
• Reappointed Deloitte LLP, as the auditor of the Company;
• Approved a non-binding advisory vote on executive compensation; and
• Approved the continuation of the Company's 2007 Share Option Plan.
