Lucas-Conwell to increase global collaboration among Great Place to Work offices
SAN FRANCISCO, Aug. 21, 2012 /CNW/ - Today, Great Place to Work® announced that Susan Lucas-Conwell has assumed the role of Global Chief Executive Officer. Lucas-Conwell will oversee the Great Place to Work team that supports operations across 45 countries, including the US subsidiary for which she assumed the role of CEO in September 2011.

Jose Tolovi, Jr., who held the position of Global Chief Executive Officer for two years, was named Chairman of the Board. Tolovi, with more than 30 years of international experience advising companies on effectively fostering great workplaces, will head the Board's investment taskforce.

Lucas-Conwell was elected to Great Place to Work Institute Inc.'s Board of Directors in May 2012. Prior to joining Great Place to Work, Lucas-Conwell had been Chief Executive Officer of SVForum and has held executive positions with Cartier International, Bausch & Lomb's Ray-Ban and General Mills.
