WINNIPEG, MB, May 2, 2013 /CNW/ - In accordance with the Toronto Stock Exchange Company Manual, Great-West Lifeco Inc. (TSX: GWO) announced today that the nominees listed in its management proxy circular dated February 18, 2013 were elected as its directors at its Annual and Special Meeting of Shareholders held earlier today in Winnipeg.
