GreenSpace Brands provides prospectus filing update and announces amended closing date

TORONTO, Feb. 19, 2016 /CNW/ - GreenSpace Brands Inc. ("GreenSpace") (TSXV: JTR) would like to announce an update to its previously announced offering of 9,315,000 units of GreenSpace at a price of $0.90 per unit to raise gross proceeds of $8,383,500 (the "Offering") and the related acquisition (the "Acquisition") of 70% of the shares of Central Roast Inc.
GreenSpace expects to file its final short form prospectus on or about February 22, 2016 and the Offering is now scheduled to close on or about February 25, 2016, subject to satisfaction of customary closing conditions, including the receipt of all necessary regulatory and stock exchange approvals and the contemporaneous closing of the Acquisition.
