Greenwin Inc. Appoints New Chief Financial Officer

TORONTO, Aug. 1, 2012 /CNW/ - Greenwin Inc. (www.greenwin.ca), central Canada's leading real estate firm, names Catherine Moran, CA, Chief Financial Officer.

Catherine has more than 20 years of experience in managing, analyzing and reporting on complex financial and management operations. Holding a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Toronto and her Chartered Accountant designation from the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants, Catherine started her career with companies like PricewaterhouseCoopers and NetStar Communications Inc. She has since held senior financial posts at Alliance Atlantis Communications and Counsel Corporation (TSX: CXS).

Catherine joins Greenwin from TransGlobe Apartment REIT (TSX: TGA.UN, TGA.DB), where she held the title of VP of Finance, Operations. In this role, Catherine was responsible for the financial accounting, reporting and budgeting of 185 residential rental properties located across Canada.
