Gregory Boland Resigns as Director of Maple Leaf Foods
MISSISSAUGA, ON, Nov. 14, 2016 /CNW/ - Maple Leaf Foods (MFI: TSX) today announced that Mr. Gregory Boland has resigned as a director of Maple Leaf Foods.
Mr. Boland has been a director since 2011 and served on the Audit Committee and the Human Resources and Compensation Committee.
