Growing and diverse community makes Langley the first choice for BCAA's new Service Centre design
LANGLEY, BC, Sept. 13, 2012 /CNW/ - The British Columbia Automobile Association (BCAA) is pleased to announce the grand re-opening of its Langley Service Centre. The Service Centre is the first to sport BCAA's fresh new look, designed with the busy, modern-day family and a diverse community in mind. BCAA Members, other Langley residents and media are invited to the Service Centre's official "Grand Re-opening" event on Saturday, September 15 from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
"Langley is a vibrant and growing community, making it the perfect place for us to roll out our new interior design concept," says Heidi Worthington, BCAA's senior vice president of Marketing. "This renovation is more than a makeover. It is the first step towards ensuring our Service Centres reflect who BCAA is today: an organization that meets the evolving needs of its Members and provides them with friendly, personalized experiences."
The Langley Service Centre features a number of BCAA "firsts":
- Express counters, offering faster, more convenient service for Members on the go.
- More spacious seated stations, providing private spaces for more comfortable insurance conversations.
- Open concept design with more natural light and enhanced accessibility.
- Digital displays, highlighting information on local events, vehicle care, road safety tips and BCAA Member benefits, products and services.
- The introduction of digital technologies, such as digital tablets, that will help BCAA staff serve Members more efficiently.
"Our Members lead busy and eventful lives, which means they may have different needs each time they visit our Service Centre, " adds Worthington. "We want to create a space that gives our customers options in terms of how they do business with us - whether they're in a hurry, or need more time with one of our advisors."
Open since 2002, the BCAA Langley Service Centre serves over 37,000 Members and is located at #10 - 20190 Langley Bypass. BCAA Members attending the "Grand Re-opening" will be eligible for a chance to win a $3,000 BCAA gift card. BCAA Members and fellow Langley residents attending the event will also be eligible for prize draws of $1,000 Husky and Mohawk™ gift certificates. Radio personalities from JRfm 93.7 will be live on location to join the celebration.
