GTEC 2013 Announces Distinction Awards Program Honourees
Over 35 IT Leaders Recognized by GTEC for Standards of Excellence in the Public Sector

GTEC, Canada's largest government technology event, is now in its 21st year and will take place October 7th – 10th. The event welcomes over 200 exhibitors and around 7,000 attendees for a multi-day conference program and Canada's leading showcase of technologies and services. As part of GTEC's agenda, the Distinction Awards Program recognizes and celebrates projects and individuals within the public sector who have demonstrated leadership and excellence in the innovative management and application of information technologies. In advance of this year's Distinction Awards Gala, a special recognition reception will be hosted on September 12th at the Ottawa Convention Centre to announce the 2013 Honourees of the Distinction Awards Program.
