Guyana Goldfields now included in S&P/TSX Composite Index and S&P/TSX

TORONTO, Sept. 14 /CNW/ - Guyana Goldfields Inc. (TSX:GUY) ("Guyana" or the Company") is pleased to announce that it has been added to the S&P/TSX Composite Index and S&P/TSX SmallCap Index. Inclusion in the Composite Index will become effective at the open on Monday, September 20, 2010 and inclusion in the SmallCap Index will become effective after the close of trading on Friday, September 17, 2010.
