TORONTO, Jan. 18, 2013 /CNW/ - Join the Duke Pubs in celebrating Robbie Burns with traditional Scottish menu specials, bagpipers and Address to a Haggis!
Our annual Robbie Burns Festival is in full swing - we're celebrating throughout the month! Until January 27th enjoy our Scottish menu specials paired with Tennent's Lager.
The Duke of Somerset (655 Bay Street) is hosting a slew of events leading up to Robbie Burns Day:
Monday, January 21st - "Classic Six" scotch tasting at 6:00 p.m., $35 per person
Tuesday, January 22nd - Scottish-themed trivia night, hosted by Quizmaster Steve, starts at 7:30 p.m.
Wednesday, January 23rd - Tennent's tasting: learn about this Scottish beer and enjoy a complimentary sample
Thursday, January 24th - Traditional Scottish dancers, 5:00 p.m.
Friday, January 25th - Free gift to those wearing traditional Scottish kilts
On Robbie Burns Day, Friday, January 25th, we're calling in the pipers and drummers to Address the Haggis So join us, lads and lassies, and honour Robbie Burns by enjoying the food and spirits from Scotland!
