Halo Top Creamery Introduces Its First-Ever Eh-xclusively Canadian Flavour Line-Up
Three irresistible new pints celebrate the nation's sweet treats at less than 360 calories per pint
TORONTO, June 23, 2020 /CNW/ - Just in-time for National Ice Cream month, Halo Top Creamery releases its first-ever exclusively Canadian pint collection with the launch of Butter Tart, Maple Pecan and Chocolate Honeycomb. The three new irresistible offerings celebrate the nation's sweet treats and at less than 360 calories per pint, Canadians can grab a spoon and give'er with nothing to feel sorry about. The Canadian Halo Top® pints are permanent additions to the ever-popular collection of dairy and non-dairy pints and bars and are available nationally at Loblaws and associated banner stores, Save-On-Foods, Federated Co-operatives and Metro Ontario.

The three flavours from the Canadian line-up include:
Butter Tart: A buttery caramel frozen dessert base with butter tart filling swirls, pecan bits and pieces of flaky pie crust. At 350 calories and 20g of protein per pint, it might be better than Grandma's.
Maple Pecan: Pecan, maple syrup and brown sugar flavoured frozen dessert with rich caramel swirls and pieces of crunchy pecan. This delicious treat is 350 calories and 17g of protein per pint.
Chocolate Honeycomb: Honey flavoured frozen dessert with decadent chocolate fudge swirls and honeycomb nougat pieces. At 330 calories and 17g of protein per pint, it's what all the buzz is about.
The new flavour launch comes just ahead of Canada Day and offers a triple play of flavour indulgence. To round out the ultimate summer line-up, Halo Top is also bringing back the seasonal smash hit Peaches & Cream. Rolling out for a limited time, this pint is packed with the taste of sweet peaches balanced by a delicious creamy texture at 330 calories and 18 g of protein per pint. Available at Metro Ontario, Whole Foods Ontario and Whole Foods West for a limited time.
