Halogen Announces Details of Annual and Special Meeting of Shareholders

OTTAWA, May 29, 2014 /CNW/ - Halogen Software Inc. ("Halogen" or the "Company") (TSX: HGN), a leading provider of cloud based talent management solutions, today announced details of its fiscal 2013 Annual and Special Meeting of Shareholders. All interested parties are invited to attend.

For those Shareholders that cannot attend the Meeting in person, Halogen has made arrangements to provide a live teleconference of the Meeting. However, Shareholders will not be permitted to vote or otherwise participate in the Meeting through the teleconference facility.
