Halogen Software Files Preliminary Prospectus for Initial Public Offering

OTTAWA, April 2, 2013 /CNW/ - Halogen Software Inc. ("Halogen"), a leading provider of comprehensive software-as-a-service ("SaaS") talent management solutions, announced today that it has filed a preliminary prospectus with the securities regulatory authorities in each of the provinces and territories of Canada in connection with a proposed initial public offering of its common shares. A copy of this preliminary prospectus will be available on SEDAR (www.sedar.com).

The offering is being co-led by Canaccord Genuity Corp. and Stifel Nicolaus Canada Inc., with the remaining syndicate of underwriters being Raymond James Ltd., Cantor Fitzgerald Canada Corporation and National Bank Financial Inc.

The preliminary prospectus is subject to completion or amendment. There will not be any sale or any acceptance of an offer to buy the common shares until a receipt for the final prospectus has been issued.
