QUÉBEC CITY, Feb. 21, 2018 /CNW Telbec/ - Groupe immobilier SMB and its partner Fonds immobilier de solidarité FTQ have unveiled the model townhouse for the Hameau Saint-Jacques residential development near Chauveau Park in Québec City.
Strategically located on the banks of the Saint-Charles River, Hameau Saint-Jacques is geared to nature lovers, offering direct access to bicycle and walking trails yet also just minutes from the Galeries de la Capitale and the Lebourgneuf business area. The residential project consists of seven buildings, including fifteen 1,350 square-foot condos, and forty 2- and 3-storey townhouses, each with its own private backyard.
Groupe immobilier SMB will be an exhibitor at Salon Expo habitat Québec, which will be held from February 21 to 25 at the Centre des congrès de Québec. Visitors will be offered a unique virtual tour of a skylight-equipped three-storey townhouse at Hameau Saint-Jacques. "With the HTC VIVE virtual reality system developed by AZZA VR, we are literally transported inside the house. Using the goggles, we visit all the rooms. It's an unbelievable experience, concrete, real and impressive, as if you're really there!" said Stéphane Tremblay, general manager of Groupe immobilier SMB.
"Hameau Saint-Jacques is making good progress. The first condo units were delivered last year and the townhouse model is now open for viewing. We have broken ground on the 40 townhouses. With this project, we want to do things differently, which is why, besides the 3D visit at Salon Expo habitat, we are offering a unique promotion to buyers in the form of a full year of groceries."
