LAVAL, QC, Aug. 31, 2017 /CNW Telbec/ - Real estate developer Harden, official commercial partner of the City of Laval's flagship Place Bell, is pleased to participate in today's inauguration of the multifunctional amphitheater, which is located at the intersection of Le Corbusier Boulevard and Claude-Gagné Street in Laval.
Place Bell which boasts a main amphitheater with seating for 10,000 people and an additional 2,500 for general admission, an Olympic-sized ice rink, an NHL-sized ice rink and more than 700 indoor parking spaces, will also feature a 43,000-square foot commercial area distributed over two floors, which will be managed by Harden. The commercial space will be leased to a variety of clients including restaurants and services, and will be accessible to the public at all times.

Harden has already leased commercial space in Place Bell, to Éconofitness and Accès Physio who will occupy the second floor. Restaurant will be opening on the ground floor dining area and, in total, there will be six commercial spaces for restaurants.
