Hatch Chile boosts its port services through the acquisition of Empresas Procon S.A.
SANTIAGO, CHILE & MISSISSAUGA, CANADA, June 6, 2012 /CNW/ - Hatch, one of the world's leading engineering, procurement and construction management (EPCM) companies, today announced that it has acquired Procon S.A. Geocontrol, Procon S.A. Servicios and Procon S.A. Ambiental. The companies are considered industry leaders in the delivery of port and marine terminals engineering services.
