Hawkair selects Chief Flight Attendant to Women in Leadership Program
TERRACE, BC, Aug. 11, 2014 /CNW/ - Hawkair is excited to announce Karolina Bulvova has been selected to its Women in Leadership Executive Development Program. "Karolina is an impressive individual with an intense passion for the industry and for helping others" said Jay Dilley President of Hawkair. "With her unique approach to developing others through analytical frameworks Karolina will be enriching the areas she supports."
Karolina's program flight plan includes sharing responsibility for helping people connect to the world around us through rotational assignments lasting 12 months each as Hawkair's Airline Support Manager and Aviation Services Support Manager, pursuing certification as an IRCA auditor and industry specific training to broaden her technical knowledge.
"I am extremely appreciative and excited for being presented with this opportunity to represent Hawkair through the Women in Leadership Program" said Karolina Bulvova "I hope to acquire the knowledge to be able to implement the highest standard of quality for Hawkair's customers and team members while being a positive role model for young women attempting to accomplish their dreams".
The Women in Leadership Executive Development Program focuses on developing women's own leadership style and preparing participants for various leadership roles within the organisation over a rigorous 24 months that includes leadership assignments, industry participation, mentoring and education.
