HDX Announces Cancellation of Letter of Intent

TORONTO, March 23 /CNW/ - Hosted Data Transaction Solutions Inc. ("HDX") announced today that further to the letter of intent that was announced on December 8, 2009, HDX and Cash 'N Go Ltd. have been unable to negotiate a definitive agreement and the parties have agreed to discontinue negotiations.
