By changing its year end to December 31st, the Company believes that the reporting periods will better align with other junior venture issuers to allow for shareholders and prospective investors to more easily compare results across reporting periods.
As a result, Healthspace will report audited financial results for the year ended July 31, 2020, the three months ended October 31, 2020 and for the five-month transitional financial year ending December 31, 2020. Thereafter the Company will revert to a customary quarterly reporting calendar based on a December 31st financial year-end, with fiscal quarters ending on the last day in March, June, September and December of each year.
