Heat / Extreme Heat Alert terminated for Toronto
TORONTO, July 7, 2012 /CNW/ - Dr. Barbara Yaffe, Acting Medical Officer of Health for Toronto, has terminated the Heat Alert / Extreme Heat Alert as of today.
Because indoor temperatures of buildings may take longer to cool down, Toronto Public Health continues to encourage the checking of vulnerable individuals.
