Heatherdale Announces Resignation of President & CEO
VANCOUVER, March 31, 2016 /CNW/ - Heatherdale Resources Ltd. ("Heatherdale" or the "Company") (TSXV: HTR) announces that Patrick Smith has resigned as President and Chief Executive Officer and as a director of Heatherdale, effective March 31, 2016. Scott Cousens, Chairman, will assume the role of Interim President and CEO.
Scott Cousens said, "Pat's experience and understanding of southeast Alaska was of particular value over the past five years during the exploration phase of the Niblack Project. On behalf of the Board of Directors, I would like to thank Pat for his leadership and his contribution to the Company. We wish him every success in his future endeavours."
