Helio grants stock options

VANCOUVER , Oct. 19 /CNW/ - Helio Resource Corp. (TSX-V: HRC) ("Helio" or the "Company") announces that the Company has granted 2,325,000 incentive stock options to certain directors and employees of the Company.

The stock options have an exercise price of $0.61 per share and will vest after a 12 month period. The stock options will expire on October 18, 2014 .
