Helsinn Group signs Exclusive Agreement with Purdue Pharma (Canada) for the Distribution and Licensing Rights of Aloxi® (palonosetron hydrochloride) in Canada Français
LUGANO, Switzerland and PICKERING, ON, June 6, 2017 /CNW/ - Helsinn Group and Purdue Pharma (Canada) today announce that they have signed a distribution and licence agreement granting Purdue Pharma (Canada) exclusive rights to distribute, promote, market and sell ALOXI® (palonosetron hydrochloride) in Canada.
ALOXI® is an anti-emetic (5-HT3 receptor antagonist) authorized for sale by Health Canada in adults for the prevention of chemotherapy-induced nausea and vomiting (CINV)i.
ALOXI® is approved in over 70 countries worldwide, including the United States, European countries and Japan.
