Her Excellency Sharon Johnston to Speak at the Canadian Educators Conference on Mental Health Français
OTTAWA, April 5, 2016 /CNW/ - Her Excellency Sharon Johnston will deliver remarks during the opening ceremonies of the Canadian Educators Conference on Mental Health, on Thursday,
April 7, 2016, at 8:45 a.m., at the Westin Ottawa Hotel.
"The partnership between educators and mental health experts and practitioners is essential for the well-being of young people in our country," said Her Excellency. "With over a million Canadian children and youth being touched by mental health issues, it is more important than ever to be vocal about the need to further develop the people, practices, programs and tools that will make a world of difference for these youth."
