HGS Reaches 40-Year Milestone in USA
BANGALORE, India, Oct. 25, 2013 /CNW/ - HGS team in USA completed 40 years on October 5, 2013. The team began its call center services in Peoria H1 center in 1973 with about 50 customer service representatives. HGS delivers from 10 centers in the U.S., four of which are located in Peoria (one of them being the fulfillment center). 2300 associates operate from these centers catering to over 130 customers.
HGS services a large number of industries across the U.S. ranging from consumer products and electronics, telecom and banking to healthcare, retail, life sciences, automotive, transportation and logistics. Team USA retains a highly sustainable partnership with all their customers, some of them being as old as the U.S. center. The year 2013 is quite eventful for HGS USA, with fresh milestones being reached each month. New partnerships with renowned companies have kept the team upbeat and raring for more.
