High School Athletes Take their Marks for the First Canadian Invitational Track and Field Event

Student athletes meet in Toronto to compete beyond provincial borders for the first time

TORONTO, May 4, 2012 /CNW/ -

WHAT:	The Nike High School Grand Prix, the first Canadian invitational high school track and field event bringing track and field student athletes from across the country together in a celebration of sport, culture and youth.
	22 high school track and field teams from 10 provinces and territories will compete in 10 track and field events including: 100m, 200m, 400m, 800m and 1500m run, 110m hurdles (boys), 100m hurdles (girls), long jump, high jump, shot-put and the 4 x 100m cross-provincial relay.
