Historic high court judgement to be revealed

TORONTO, June 9, 2015 /CNW/ - Ottawa-based entrepreneur, Mark Clatney, will be speaking to media following a historic decision made by the Ontario Court of Appeal. The ruling slams two major Ottawa law firms for the way Clatney – an innocent accident victim – was treated. It sets an important legal precedent on how lawyers deal with clients – and the fees they get paid.
