Hockley Valley Resort plays host for season two finale of Top Chef Canada
President and Owner John Paul Adamo joins as guest judge on June 4
TORONTO, May 29, 2012 /CNW/ - Hockley Valley Resort, the iconic hotel and leading culinary destination located one hour from downtown Toronto, will serve as the location for the finale of Top Chef Canada season two. The episode will air on Food Network Canada on June 4 at 10:00 p.m. ET/PT.
The finale will showcase some of Hockley Valley Resort's top culinary attractions, including restaurant 85, an outdoor wood-fired oven in the garden kitchen, and a four-acre fruit and vegetable garden right on-site. Over the past three years, Hockley Valley Resort has undergone a major transformation, elevating the resort into one of Ontario's leading culinary tourism destinations providing an authentic farm-to-table experience.
The episode will feature John Paul Adamo, Hockley's President and Owner, who joins the esteemed judges to help determine which chef will come out on top.
