Holland America Line's Mariner Magazine Receives Prestigious Pearl Awards
Alumni publication wins top honors from custom publishing council </pre> <p><span class="xn-location">SEATTLE</span>, <span class="xn-chron">Dec. 20, 2010</span> /CNW/ -- Holland America Line's Mariner magazine for alumni guests recently won in several categories at the 2010 Pearl Awards in New York. The awards are sponsored by the Custom Content Council and recognize the best in custom publishing while celebrating excellence in journalism, graphic design and the development and execution of integrated marketing strategies built around custom publishing.</p> <p/> <p>Mariner magazine took top honors, winning gold awards in four categories for publications with a circulation over 250,000: best overall design, most improved publication, best use of photography and best overall editorial content.</p> <p/> <p>"We are honored that Holland America Line's Mariner magazine was again recognized for being an innovative, enriching and high-quality publication," said Richard D.
